120-0553/02 EU Project and Grant Management A (2017/2018 ZS)

The course provides an introduction to the theoretical framework of the principles and applications of project management methodology, focusing on the conditions of the grant management and EU funding. The aim of the course is to acquaint students with approaches to project management in terms of the EU on the basis of methodologies Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework Approach. Students will learn about the requirements imposed in practice on creating a project charter, project plan, economic and financial analysis, etc. Students learn the process of preparation and creation of project applications for projects co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds in all phases of the project cycle.
